CINCINNATI – Walnut Street will be closed between Fourth and Fifth streets from 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, until 7:00 a.m., so crews may use a crane to hoist roofing materials atop the U.S. Bank tower.
The closure, which is on the streetcar route, will take place after the Cincinnati Bell Connector’s last run downtown and before service resumes.
Motorists traveling on Walnut will be detoured east at Fifth, south on Sycamore, west on Fourth and south again on Walnut. Through access on Fifth Street will be allowed during the closure.
Access to the Renaissance Hotel will be via Fourth Street.
