CINCINNATI – Fifth Street between Elm & Race streets will be closed from 6:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, while crews use a large crane to place several sections of HVAC equipment atop the roof of the dunnhumby building.
Motorists on Fifth will be detoured north on Elm, east on Seventh and south on Race. Detour signs will be posted, and local access maintained.
In addition, a police officer will be stationed at the intersection of Fifth and Elm between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Friday for signal control. Access for the adjacent Hyatt Regency and Millennium hotels will be via Fifth Street. A flagger will assist with traffic in and out of both.
The nine-story office building for dunnhumby USA’s headquarters, located on Race Street between Fifth and Sixth, is scheduled to open in early 2015. Its 1,000-space parking garage will open to the public next month.
