Construction-Related Closures, Restrictions, Detours

Uptown: Lincoln Avenue between Reading Road & Winslow Avenue closed till Feb. 1. Crews for the University of Cincinnati converting a former Sears, Roebuck & Co. department store into a technology research center.

In addition, the east lane and sidewalk along Reading Road from Linton to Lincoln closed daily 9 AM to 3 PM, and periodically on weekends.
  • Motorists detour via Reading, Oak Street and Winslow Avenue
  • Local access via Concordia Street to Lincoln
  • Pedestrians allowed on the north side of Lincoln
  • Metro bus stop temporarily relocated farther down the north side of Lincoln
I-71/MLK Interchange: Gilbert Avenue reduced to one lane each direction between Chapel & Altoona Street for widening.
