Construction-Related Road Closures and Lane Restrictions
CBD: Walnut Street at Court, Ninth and Fifth: Lane restrictions along streetcar route on Walnut from Court to just south of Fifth till 6:30 a.m. Friday, March 24. Map above shows details.
CBD: Main & Seventh: Sidewalk closed till May in front of "Dennison Hotel" for demolition of the building.
CBD: Fifth Street between Broadway & Sycamore: North curb lane & sidewalk closed for ongoing streetscape improvements to P & G Plaza.
CBD: Fourth Street at Sycamore: Sidewalk closed for renovations to building at Eighth E. Fourth St.
CBD: Eggleston Shared Path: Intermittent lane closures till mid June between Reedy and Central Parkway for installation of shared bike and pedestrian path.
CBD: Rodney Alley: Closed through June between 14th and Mercer.
CBD: Fourth and Race Area: Curb lane and sidewalks around the demolition site on Fourth and Race streets remain closed. Demolition and associated restoration work nearing completion.
Downtown: I-71 Bridge Deck Replacement over Eggleston Avenue: The Third Street exit ramp off I-171 south closed until summer 2017 for ODOT project to reconstruct the bridge decks just north of the Lytle Tunnel entrance.
CBD: Eighth & Sycamore Residential Tower: Curb lane and sidewalk around site closed for construction of residential tower. Extra lane closed intermittently on 8th for crane deliveries and concrete pours.
Over-the-Rhine: 15th & Vine: Southwest corner sidewalk closed for apartment construction project.
Over-the-Rhine: Elm Street, Gandolfo to 12th: West curb lane and sidewalk closed during construction of Cincinnati Shakespeare Co. theater. Additional lane closed, as needed, for concrete pours and materials deliveries.
Over-the-Rhine: Sycamore & 14th Streets: Two-way traffic allowed but Sycamore is reduced to one lane in each direction between 13th and 14th for concrete pours and materials deliveries. Sidewalk around the site and other restrictions to remain in place through July 2017 for Ziegler Park improvements.
