- All lanes of Rosa Parks Street between Second & the John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge traffic circle: Are closed Sept. 15 through noon Thursday, Sept. 18, for installation of a tower crane to accommodate construction of General Electric's new U.S. Global Operations Center.
Motorists can access the Roebling Suspension Bridge via Walnut Street.
